Adherence to Protocols 

Follows NEMT safety protocols (e.g., securing patients, using safety belts, proper wheelchair handling).

Customer Service

Our customer service performance evaluation assesses our drivers ability to provide excellent service to our clients, including factors like communication, courtesy, punctuality, attentiveness to special needs, and overall professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for the patient during their transportation journey
